Sales Administrator

A client based in Truro are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This role is Monday-Friday, based in their main office, however hybrid or occasional days working from home will be accepted.
**Responsibilities within the role**:
- Handling multiple tasks un a fast paced environment
- Data Entry
- Ordering and importing orders across company
- Working with production and warehouse managers to insure that all orders have been received
- Issue expedite requests and confirming weekly manufacturing ability for certain projects
- Price checks
- Creating and updating shipments
- Advising customers if there is any questions or queries with any online orders
- Providing weekly figures
- Working alongside the accounts department
- Updating customers on orders, carrier methods and shipments
**Qualifications and Requirements;**
- 1 years experience within an office administration role (essential)
- Excellent Organisation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience of taking on new product/system information quickly
- Understanding of basic requirements of an office assistant
- Excellent telephone manner
- Office Administration related background
- Ability to use initiative
