**About the Role**

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on **Operations Lead** to take charge of five Pork Added Value sites across Pilgrims Europe. This is a high-impact role where you’ll analyse performance metrics, drive operational improvements, and deliver insights that directly influence revenue and profitability.

You’ll work closely with the Business Unit Director and site leadership teams to shape and execute initiatives that optimise performance and margin growth.

️ **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and provide direction across 5 Pork Added Value sites.
- Deliver deep operational insights and performance reporting to the Business Unit Director.
- Use data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with Pork & Lamb site leaders to align strategies and deliver ROI-focused initiatives.
- Optimise financial performance and drive profitable growth.
- Engage directly with teams at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years’ experience in operational planning, analysis, or manufacturing leadership.
- Degree-level education in Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record in operational excellence and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving change.
