The Customer Data & Personalisation team are a team of product owners and data managers, working alongside a large group of data engineers, to define and develop a unified customer data view spanning the whole TUI group. These platforms power increasingly sophisticated solutions for Digital Marketing, CRM, and eCommerce channels.

As the Group Head of Customer Data, you will:

- Define and agree vision, focus areas, budgets & targets for customer data services
- Lead product ownership & overall programme delivery for customer data services
- Drive the development, implementation and operation of personalisation across the business
- Monitor and drive kpi performance & benefits realisation
- Manage senior stakeholders & communications at board level

Skills and Experiences:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Proven senior experience in Digital Product Leadership or CRM Data Leadership positions
- Experience working with and developing consumer-facing targeted communication and interaction, such as personalisation in websites and/or apps, customer segmentation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent communications and influencing skills
