**HR/Recruitment Officer (Min 2 Years' experience Required) Permanent role/Hybrid £30,000-35,000** Excellent opportunity for a Graduate Calibre or equivalent HR/Recruitment Officer with a Minimum of 2 years work experience who has a keen interest to pursue their career further in HR/Recruitment On joining this international engineering company who's Head office is in London, the HR/Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for providing day to day HR/ administrative support reporting directly to the HR Manager. Working as part of the HR/Recruitment team you will be asked to execute administrative tasks with diligence, accuracy, and discretion to ensure effective and efficient operations support. **Key Responsibilities** " Take the lead on the Recruitment process under the HR managers supervision " Manage several vacancies at anyone time from start to finish " Advertising and writing job specs then posting onto LinkedIn and various job boards " Support the managers with initial screening of CV's " Maintain accurate HR records onto company database " Support the HR Manager with general HR administration " Draft Job descriptions and job advertisements " Assisting with HR induction of new staff and onboarding process " Maintaining subcontractors' files and lists: ensuring agreements, certificates, insurances, etc. are up to date " Collect, compile and prepare documentation, draft reports under instruction and supervision " Keep existing spreadsheets up to date **Skills and knowledge** " Educated to degree standard or similar " Min 2 years Recruitment/HR experience required ideally with experience with a professional services or private sector experience " Desirable experience - Engineering /Energy sector (Oil & Gas) " Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams " Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. " Excellent internal and external customer service skills " Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills **Skills and Personal Attributes** " Highly organised, enthusiastic with "can do" attitude and a quick learner " Keen interest in HR /Recruitment " Excellent time management skills " Team orientated with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure " A mature and responsible personality able of working on own initiative when necessary " Efficient and effective when performing work duties with high attention to detail " High level of professionalism, self-motivation and time management " Good timekeeper **Desirable** " CIPD Level 3 **This is an excellent company to work for who really do value and look after their staff, excellent prospects
