**Management Accountant**

**Up to £40,000**

**Rochdale - Flexible between home and office based**

RBH has an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join us, as a Finance Business Partner to be responsible for the provision of a full management accounting service to budget holders including budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.

This is a key position in which you will provide information to support our Stakeholders.

**This post holder will be able to**:

- Prepare of annual budgets and monthly forecasts of revenue and capital budgets in conjunction with service managers and budget holders
- Develop and produce monthly Management Reporting packs
- Undertake monthly budget review meetings and Director challenges with stakeholders, providing advice, commercial guidance, and challenge.
- Provide advice, assistance, and information to budget holders on budget monitoring, projects, financial appraisals, analysis and decision making.
- Assist in the completion of Statutory Accounts

**You will have**:

- ACMA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience of preparing, monitoring and forecasting of budgets
- Computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to produce documents to a good and accurate standard
- Good communication skills
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of current legislation, guidance, best practice in accounting / financial management.
- Ability to develop and maintain financial information systems, processes and procedures
- Ability to demonstrate practical experience of providing advice and support on financial issues to a wide range of people at all levels.
