We have a new opportunity within our newly formed Debenhams own label team, working for the Dorothy Perkins brand. We are seeking a passionate and agile Buyer to work alongside a strong team of Buyers & Senior Buyers, lead a team of Assistants across a fast fashion product categories and report to the Head of Buying

**What you'll be doing**
- Uses the WSSI to make informed and strategic decisions within the defined parameters of the role.
- Undertakes product development and develops proposition as area of business grows.
- Works in conjunction with the Senior Buyers, Buying Manager or Head of Buying, Merchandisers and Designers to execute strategic plans and developments.
- Ensures effective communication with junior, assistant and trainee buyers in designates areas and across the entire department.
- Completes buying trips as needed within UK and internationally.
- Liaises with marketing and eCommerce teams to develop and maintain professional working relationships and ensure sales are maximised through the site and in line with overall strategy.

- Experience within a previous womenswear buying role.
