**THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE-BASED ROLE**

You will be required to travel within Zone 1 and 3 of London, we do not cover travel

This role goes beyond excellent standards of housekeeping; you will also be responsible for reporting any property issues to the HQ team and your accuracy and timeliness in doing this will be measured at the same level as your cleaning standards. In addition to this, you may be welcoming our guests where necessary.

You will be a key part of a close-knit team and you will be provided with all the equipment and training to excel in your role.

**The role includes**:

- Training new housekeepers
- Ensuring the property is up to scratch prior to guest or owners arrival
- Working closely with Housekeeping / Scheduling manager on administrative work relating to housekeeping such as SOPs, reports, updating owner cleaning instructions
- Reporting issues/damages found at the property
- Conducting quarterly Housekeeping meetings with housekeepers in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager
- Attending new high-risk properties with the Head of Operations to onboard the property from a housekeeping perspective.
- During the lower season, cleaning properties with existing housekeepers where applicable.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Major advantages for those who have prior 4-5 star hotel (or short-term rental background) housekeeping supervisor for at least 3 years of experience
- Must speak English, additional languages, such as Bulgarian, are welcomed as a bonus

**WORKING HOURS**:

- From 10am to 7pm, 5 days out of the week on rotation, incl. weekends.

**Salary**: £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
