Fallow Restaurant is seeking a creative and versatile Head of Social to join our dynamic team. If you are enthusiastic about food, sustainability, and digital storytelling, this role is for you As the Head of Social, you will play a crucial role in translating our culinary and sustainability stories into engaging digital content. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure our social media and online presence aligns with our brand values and captivates our audience. With a following base of over 1.7 million followers on Instagram and YouTube, you'll have the opportunity to engage a large and enthusiastic audience. By creating organic content, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our followers and inspire action.

**Responsibilities**
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy, driving true business impact.
- Produce Social Content: Develop planned and reactive organic social content that aligns with our strategy and Brand.
- Content Creation for Multiple Channels: Concept, shoot, and edit engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on Restaurant channels, highlighting our unique dishes, sustainability practices, dining experiences and on-the-go content.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Stay at the forefront of social media trends, technologies, and emerging platforms.
- Adapt Campaign Ideas: Work with the Directors, marketing, and culinary team to transform big ideas into social-first content.
- Optimize Content Performance: Use insights and analytics to continually refine and improve content effectiveness, remain relevant, and support the creation and development of insight reports.
- Advocate for social media's equitable allocation of budget resources by implementing a data-driven strategy to demonstrate return on investment.

**Qualifications**
- Video Production: Proficient in self-shooting and video editing with a strong attention to detail.
- Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles, including layout and typography.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in a social or content creation role, preferably within the food or hospitality industry.
- Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, their formats, and current trends.
- Brand Adherence: Ability to maintain and adhere to brand visual identity guidelines.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in using analytics and data to inform and enhance content strategy.
