Job Title: Business Support Coordinator

Location: Leicester

Salary**:£18,000 - £19,000 - 20 HOURS PRO RATA SALARY**

The Role: 6 - 12 Month Maternity Cover

This role covers the full range of business support duties from General administration, HR, FM and Health and Safety.

Main Responsibilities
- Able to handle confidential, sensitive matters - sorts and distributes post
- Administrative duties as needed, i.e. printing, photocopying, filing, scanning
- Maintain awareness of organisation's brands and services
- Co-ordinate car parking allocation and staff whereabouts on a weekly basis
- Organising access and helping to resolve issues for suppliers e.g. cleaners, maintenance
- Undertake welcome for new starters along with other ad hoc HR admin duties such as

security access, reference checking, reference requests etc.
- Supporting the delivery meetings, such as organising meeting logistics and equipment
- Maintaining accurate and up to date office records
- Provides Business Support service to Managers
- Maintains a neat and tidy reception area, keeping the desk organised and presentable
- Ensuring Health and Safety policies are up to date - ensuring all fire extinguishers are up to

date and serviced, with addition to First Aiders and Fire Marshall training with staff members

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Confident and friendly, must be able to coordinate with other teams to deliver great results.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a similar role (co-ordination, administration or customer

service)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills minimum Grade C in English & Maths
- Excellent organisational and planning skills; able to meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of technology, and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Works well individually, and within a team environment
- Able to use initiative to solve problems - can do attitude
- Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)

DESIRABLE
- Experience in a customer facing role ideally preferred
- Administration and /or Customer Service qualifications.
- HR/Health and safety experience or desire to progress in this career
