To be successful at this role, you'll need to be a confident and articulate communicator, enjoy dealing with people and get a thrill out of working in a target driven environment.
The great thing about this role is that no day is ever the same:One minute you could be talking to a potential landlord about marketing their flat in Fulham and the next, you could be speaking to someone about selling their country estate in the Highlandsof Scotland.

**Team Overview**
You'll be joining a fast-paced sales team who work within a larger department of 35 people.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**
- Assisting the rest of the team with call outs and administrative tasks
- Building a list of investment buyers. Using Reapit to source previous buyers to contact.
- Be proactive in calling potential buyers, seeking out new business.
- Ability to learn new information quickly and retain it, to be able to discuss a large number of schemes
- Developing relationships with residential development offices around the UK
- Getting regular detailed updated on developments
- Being proactive and using your own initiative to seek out tasks to be completed.
- Updating the team on your daily progression to ensure good communication.
**Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Be very organised
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player
- Able to use own initiative
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel essential
- Enthusiastic and determined to produce high quality results
