**The company**

Our client is an established Manufacturing Business that provide, Retail solutions for Point of Sale and Point of Purchase. They work with Major clients that you'd regularly see on the high street. The work they deliver is diverse and exciting with a realunderstanding of their client's vison on how you perceive their Brand.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced retail project manager to manage projects for large clients through our busy on-site manufacturing facility. You will be commercially sound and will have worked with a variety of contractors, worked to budgets, and be organised.You will work mainly form our site in North Leicestershire but be required to travel to site as and when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be production focused
- Manage projects through the business from brief to production ensuring client budgets are met as well as meeting business commercials
- Draw up critical paths to ensure projects run to correct timescales
- Troubleshoot and limit damage control throughout projects
- To have accountability for managing the budgets of a client throughout the projects
- To play an active role in generating cost proposals for various projects
- Liaise with all internal teams from the design studio, technical development to production
- Liaise with contractors and external suppliers
- Understand sustainable processes and materials
- Experience of leading projects from creative concepts to delivery
- An understanding of the retail sector, brands, and retailers
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
- Willingness to travel to site and attend face to face briefings when required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for fast-paced and varied environments
- Full-time position, office based but requirement to do site visits and assist installation teams
