**Rail Gourmet UK** is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a** On Board Standards Team Leader** for** Trans Pennine Express** **(TPE)** at **Newcastle & Edinburgh.**

**Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour.**
**Hours**: Full Time**.**
**Shifts**: Rotational shifts between 6am and 10:30pm, including weekends.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

**AS A ONBOARD STANDARDS TEAM LEADER YOU’LL**:

- Support Onboard Standards Manager, with coaching the On Board Team to deliver high customer service levels and the relevant sales targets.
- Support Onboard Standards Manager, with staff engagement is maximised through your people management skills.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
- Liaison with peers within RG.
