**Role Description**
**Job Title **Recruitment/Resourcing administrator
**Area **Central Services
**Location **Tunstall Head office
**Salary **£20,000 - £23,500 (pro rata)
**Hours of Work **16 hours between - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
**Reporting to **HR Officer
**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting to the HR Officer, the Recruitment Administrator will liaise with Hiring
**Job Details**
1. Manage interview schedules and communications for a smooth experience
2. Prepare interview questions and packs
3. Draft and publish adverts for new roles and manage existing vacancies.
4. Gathering information to process pre-employment checks and offers
6. Producing reports on recruitment
7. To be the central point of contact for all administration activity involving recruitment
9. Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide support and build best practice processes to deliver service excellence
10. Consider how processes can be improved to enhance service provision and makes recommendations
11. Keeping abreast of the market to ensure competitiveness, timely and effective recruitment and onboarding of new staff within a safer recruitment environment
12. Maintain a positive and professional company image at all times
13. Support the company’s equality of opportunity statement at all times
14. Work safely, supporting the company Health and Safety Policy
15. Perform any additional requests in line with the key responsibilities of this role
16. Support the company Quality Policy and Information Security priorities
**Person Specification**
**Essential Skills**
- Previous experience as a recruitment administrator or HR administrative role
- Strong time management abilities, extremely organised and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Intermediate or advanced experience in MS Office products
- Takes accountability and ownership
- Enthusiastic team player who actively contributes in a flexible and adaptable manner
**Desirable Skills**
- Previous experience of using Indeed jobs for employers
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- IOSH Health and Safety Qualification
**Essential Knowledge**
- Understanding of recruitment processes
**Desirable Knowledge**
- Best practice in effective recruitment practices
