Field Operations Coordinator

Our client is recruiting for a Field Operations Coordinator to join their service team.You will be providing coordination and day to day management of the busy service desk.
How you will do it
- Supervision of the engineer’s diary.
- Service contract setup
- Management of service department mailbox.
- Organisation of daily call outs.
- Management of day to day service desk.
- General service issues.
- Revenue management
- Liaise with relevant contract staff and subcontractors in relation to all aspects of service desk requirements.
- Liaise with wider team members to ensure the best resolution.
- Invoicing / administration tasks.
- Logs and tracks chargeable works.
- What they require
A clear, responsive communicator who is able to show clear desire and determination to succeed
Support the goal of customer excellence atmosphere through hard work, tolerance and consistency
- Ability to provide excellent customer service by meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
- IT Literate
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience of working on a busy service desk.
