We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Customer Service Coordinator**to join our team based in **Glasgow.** You will join us on a **full time, permanent** basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to**£24,000 per annum.**

**The Customer Service Coordinator Role**:
As our **Customer Service Coordinator,**you will provide excellent customer service and have the opportunity to build good relationships with those customers.

This is not a call centre environment, this an environment where customer satisfaction comes first.Taking the time to listen and understand what the customer needs.This allows us to stand out from our competition.

**Key responsibilities as our Customer Service Coordinator**:

- Delivering second to none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around, orders, products and returns.
- Communicating clearly and can work closely with your Sales Manager
- Building and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
- Order processing and fulfilment for assigned customers
- Processing customer returns

This role is a fast-paced position and requires someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and can work under pressure. You will be dealing with customer enquiries concerning current and new orders and communicating with internal departmentsto resolve issues, advising delivery dates as well as dealing with a plethora of other day to day enquiries.

**What we’re looking for in our Customer Service Coordinator**:
You will have excellent communications skills and enjoy dealing with all levels of people, both internal and external stakeholders.You will have excellent rapport building skills and be able to build strong relationships.The strength of relationshipswith your appointed Sales Managers and customers is a key factor for success in this role.
