We are seeking to recruit an Employer Recruitment Officer, an enjoyable and rewarding job. Responsible for working with local employers, forming, and fostering relationships to maximise AEB and other opportunities, working with learner focused, motivated, and engaged business professionals.

Imeta Training team are looking for a highly motivated experienced Employer Recruitment Officer who can generate and maximise new business opportunities in AEB courses, Bootcamps and other adult training. To be successful in the role you will have Previous experience working as a:

- Recruiter/Consultant background is essential.

Recruiter/Consultant for employers with vacancies fitting for new entrant to industry advantageous
- An ability to continually assess and respond to local labour market needs
- Worked in performance and target/results driven roles
- Evidence of skills and experience of developing, growing and managing a pipeline of employers
- Evidence of working collaboratively with partners outside of the organisation to deliver solutions to employment shortfalls'
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agendas simultaneously
- Ability to enthusiastically market opportunities to internal & external stakeholders
- Resilience and be self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- An understanding of targets associated with funded learning
- Ability to organise and plan a busy work schedule
- Commitment to working independently and motivated to achieving results

Experience and knowledge of gaining all types of vacancies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
