Bakery Assistant/ Barista

**Soon to open, Alfredos **is looking for a **bakery assistant/barista** to join our team. We are a small, family-owned business that provides exceptional care and quality in a casual environment. We are currently hiring for a **full or part time position(s) **in our Somerset location. We need a happy, enthusiastic, coffee loving person to help serve our guest in the bakery from morning to early afternoon.

We will offer our guests, high end, fast paced Italian sharing plates. Italian based drinks and cocktails with a Somerset twist. We also have an onsite bakery providing take out treats and coffee. 0pen 5 days a week with a consistent highly skilled team.

**Responsibilities**
- **make really good coffee, serve and smile.**:

- Stock inventory, including the ability to lift products to stock them
- Maintain a clean and orderly shop by cleaning the bakery daily during the day and doing other cleaning before closing
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Handle cashier duties when needed
- Create orders when necessary to meet production needs

**Experience**
- Experience working in a bakery is preferred but not required. We are willing to train someone who is eager to learn.
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (some shifts may require overtime)
