Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a leading services business based in the Battersea area, to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant. Working in a team of 5, you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

This is an office based opportunity, conveniently located for easy access to public transport in and out of central London and to the suburbs.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have relevant accounts payable experience in a busy working environment and be able to work as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Reviewing invoices profiled on the electronic approval system
- Assisting with the on boarding of new vendors, including bank detail verifications
- Entering credit card statements and expenses onto the AP system
- Preparing approved invoices for payment
- Making payments in multiple currencies by BAC's and CHAP's
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Monitoring aged creditor information
- Reconciling bank statements
