Job Description Summary

There are a number of opportunities currently within International Private Banking and if delivering customer excellence in a dynamic environment whilst building relationships with customers is your passion then we want to hear from you. International Private Banking is now entering a growth phase with exciting opportunities in the pipeline to enhance our customer proposition and journey. In this role you are responsible for supporting the relationship managers managing a portfolio of clients and building relationships to ensure you deliver the right client experience to cement LBG as the best bank for business. You will be responding to client needs to ensure excellence is delivered to our clients.

**Job Description**:

- Carries out simple procedural tasks to support management of external client relationships.
- Works within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues.
- Carries out routine customer needs support tasks and assists others by following established procedures.
- Carries out a range of prescribed customer service activities and handles non-standard or more complex customer cases and enquiries using existing procedures.
- Creates, organises and maintains files for correspondence and records.
- Supports development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities.
- Supports others by performing routine policy-related tasks according to established procedures.
- Performs simple risk monitoring and assessment tasks by following established procedures in order to provide support to others.
