We’re on the lookout for a reliable, enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant with a can-do attitude and solid work ethic to join our busy team. No experience? No worries - if you’re willing to learn, we’ll show you the ropes.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Supporting our chefs with food prep (you’ll even learn how to handle a Chinese cleaver like a pro)
- Washing up and keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and organised
- Helping create some of our legendary Asian street food
- Being a key part of the action during our busy evening service
- Pitching in with stock checks and end-of-day close-down routines

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- A positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
- Someone dependable, hard-working, and keen to learn
- A team player who takes pride in doing things properly
- Able to handle a busy service with a cool head and good humour

**THE DETAILS**
- 10-12 hours a week
- Tuesday to Sunday: 4pm to 9:30pm
- £8ph (under 18), £10.50ph (18-20), £12.25ph (over 21)
- Free staff meal after shift
- 3 month performance-based pay review
