**Job Purpose**
Working within a state of the art factory** **you will work collectively in a team to provide a high quality cleaning service to meet the needs of Finnebrogue and our customers. You will be an integral part of the day to day operations and will be responsible for scheduled daily cleaning tasks. You will work alongside our Production function to ensure our equipment and production lines are cleaned to the highest standards.
**Hours of Work**
You will enjoy our new 4 on 3 off shift pattern, providing a stable and steady income each week. Additionally, you will get a guaranteed day off each weekend, allowing you to enjoy that work life balance.
- Please note working hours may vary in your training period. To be discussed at interview.
**What it takes**
You do not need experience as full training will be provided, we look for a can - do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.

In return you will enjoy many perks, not only do Finnebrogue offer a competitive hourly rate of £10.70, with a 50p per hour night time premium, you will also enjoy £500* per annum retention bonus which will be paid in four instalments across the year including Christmas.
