**Job Purpose**
This role is based in Finnebrogue’s latest state-of-the-art facility and Europe’s leading plant-based factory that has undergone £25 million investment to provide ground-breaking products to our customers. Working in a team of 18 and reporting directly to our Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that Finnebrogue continue to meet all quality and technical standards set nationally and by our partners. The desired individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of products being produced for a variety of customers, including M&S, Asda, Aldi and Co-Op. As part of the technical team, you will ensure all products meet standards, ensure production tasks are carried out to specification/SOPs, collect samples of all production runs, ensure correct operation of foreign body detectors, checkweighers and autocoding systems, conduct audits and highlight any issues during shift.
**Shifts**
Rotating Shifts - Dayshift 6:30am to 16:30pm & Nightshift - 16:30pm to 01:00am.
