**Job Purpose**

Working in a team of 18 and reporting directly to our Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that Finnebrogue continue to meet all quality and technical standards set nationally and by our partners. As a part of the technical team, you will ensure all products meet standards, ensure production tasks are carried out to specification/SOPs, collect samples of all production runs, ensure correct operation of metal detectors, check weigher and Olympus systems, conduct audits and highlight any issues during shift.

**Hours of Work**

Sunday - Thursday

5:30 pm - Between 4:30 and 6 am
