They are looking for a **Senior Information Systems Analyst**(1 post) to join their Information & Communication Technology team.

You will work to continually develop and improve the effectiveness and quality of the service provided to other business areas and to continually build on operational relationships. You will also deliver face to face and remote technical support to colleagues,and contribute towards documentation of processes.

You will contribute to ensuring that the Information Systems Analyst roles have the guidance and support required to delivery 1st and 2nd line support to our client's users acting as a mentor to share technical knowledge and skills.

Maintaining knowledge of service delivery standards you will adhere to the established guidance on delivery of service.

It is essential you have an understanding of the environments and practices of the Housing sector, working effectively as a team to ensure you deliver against the agreed performance targets. It is essential you can problem solve to diagnose problems andidentify and implement solutions. You must be able to communicate at all levels, developing positive relationships with their customers.

A good understanding of the repairs process in the context of a contractor or in-house repairs team will be required, as well as flexibility in office location to complete projects where on site presence is required.

It is also desirable that you hold an ITIL Foundation qualification.

This role is home based and there is no requirement to attend the office daily, but you will be required to attend neighbourhoods and/or sites as required to fulfil duties of the role.
