Location : Home Based-Flexible - Either Merseyside, Lancashire or Greater Manchester

They are looking for a Senior Information Analyst - (1 post) to join their Information Systems Team. This role is a home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office. There is some requirement to attend regional offices across theNorth West to support project delivery. A clean, valid driving licence is essential

Managing escalated incident/problems - manage incidents and problems, diagnosing issues, implementing fixes and liaising with business partners to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

Change management - Complete Change management documentation in line with requirements for CAB and support end users to conduct necessary testing to implement changes

What are they looking for?

Experience of working in cross functional teams to deliver a wide range of projects, from inhouse development work to new systems implementation you will have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate with colleagues at alllevels in the business ,to assist with scoping of requirements, support the UAT process and in contributing to the design and implementation of systems.

In addition to having strong technical skills, experience of maintaining support documentation, completing project and change management documentation is also required

An understanding of the environments and practices of the Housing sector is desirable, including a good understanding of supporting Housing Management and Repairs systems.
