We are working closely with a College in East London to recruit a Director of Quality. Their broad curriculum is designed to meet the needs of school leavers and encourage adults to re-engage with education. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this postwill lead on all aspects of quality improvement activities for the College to deliver outstanding experiences and outcomes for learners. Providing inspirational leadership to design and deliver ambitious performance indicators to teachers and managers leadto high quality teaching, learning and assessment.
We are looking for people with
- Relevant first degree and/or professional qualification (Higher degree/management qualification desirable)
- Full teaching qualification
- Significant experience of the quality improvement and management, reflecting ESFA, Ofsted and QAA quality requirements, and leading to demonstrable impact and improvement
- Experience of managing teams with diverse targets and outcomes
- Significant experience of successful championing a change agenda promoting fairness, respect, equality, diversity & inclusion
- Comprehensive knowledge of educational improvement and strategies to raise achievement
