Our property is in a beautiful location and is an amazing building with loads of history. We pride ourselves on offering training and development to our team and we can do this not only at Whirlow Brook Hall but also across our whole group of properties.

Reporting to the Senior Wedding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience from the moment they make an enquiry right through to the end of their event. You will have great people skills, be immaculately presented and have fantastic attention to detail. You will ensure all function sheets are accurate and updated in a timely fashion to meet deadlines. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service and a strong desire to exceed guest expectations, then we want to hear from you

This is an exciting role for someone who wants to work in a busy events space dealing with administration tasks as well as dealing with guests. The role will involve event planning and administration for our meetings, weddings and events department. The office is open 7 days per week, you will be part of the team working flexibly, this can include at least 1 weekend a month and evening appointments.
