Cakes & Bakes, a leading bakery chain with multiple stores, is seeking a dedicated and creative Store Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Store Marketing Associate for multiple stores, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies across various locations to promote our products and drive customer engagement. Your role will involve coordinating marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent branding, and enhancing the overall customer experience in each store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the products and services of multiple Cakes & Bakes stores.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across different stores, both online and offline, to increase foot traffic and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels for each store location.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts for multiple stores, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities specific to each store's location.
- Coordinate store events and promotions across multiple stores, including organizing product displays, signage, and samples.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touch points in each store location.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives for each store, providing regular reports on key metrics and campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and retail to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across multiple stores.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolving any issues in each store location.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or food industry setting, is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts for business purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Passion for the food industry and a genuine interest in bakery products.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
