**Retail Assisstant - Full Time Position's**

**Positions available in all Stores listed below**

Reporting to the Store Manager you will help to lead the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations and makes a difference in the local community.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Alongside other Team members follow store policies, standards and practices.
- Be a positive role model to others in the team and represent our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
- Being hands on in store - ensuring you work together to achieve the right resources in the right place at the right time to deliver the best customer experience.
- Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance which includes understanding and implementing the store plan and priorities.
- Alongside the store team, actively promote and get involved in initiatives to support the local community.
- You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.

**What we're looking for**:

- To be considered for this position you must be 18 years or over (For legislative requirements) no previous retail experience needed as full training will be provided.
- A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members.
- Target driven to help the store achieve their business plans/priorities and be focused on continuous improvement.
- Be able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.
