**The Role of Product Coordinator**
- Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, supporting the end-to-end management of a 25mil product portfolio.
- To build a thorough knowledge of their relevant product range and markets through customer interface, research, sales analysis, and benchmarking.
- To initiate and develop new products/ideas in line with customer needs, regulatory conditions, and methods of use.
- To be fully up to date with the latest developments and initiatives within the product group, competitors, and related industries
- To develop product positioning and messaging reflecting the brand values and market positioning
- To develop communication and promotional programs which maximise awareness and drive demand.
- To support the management of the allocated product group and associated projects within the work plan, within given timescales and budget.

**For the Product Coordinator, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria.**
- Degree level or similar in marketing /product / Business
- 2+ years of Category / Product/marketing experience - ideally multi-product, branded manufacturing.
- Demonstrable commercial experience
- Excellent communication.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality - 'can do' attitude.
