**£24,000 to £27,000 per annum (pro rata) dependent on experience**

We are an SME Specialist Engineering Solutions provider with a world class reputation for Smart Tech solution selling, to blue chip companies globally. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our professional multi skilled team as a Sales Operations Coordinator.
This is an office based role in a modern, friendly, working environment. You will be working alongside our Sales Operations team supporting them with sales order processing functions.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar environment in a similar role. You will need strong PC skills including Microsoft Office. Inbound and outbound telephone communication will be a part of this job. A professional and confident telephone manner is essential.

**Job Summary**
**Order Processing**
- Receive and process ALL sales orders, enquiries and quotations for products.
- Enter the order on to the computer and send the acknowledgement to the customer.
- Raise works orders as required.
- Originate delivery /dispatch notes
- Liaise with carriers to collect and pick up
- Produce invoices
- Establish project details from customers.
**Purchasing**
- Monitor stock levels
- Raise purchase orders
- Book delivered goods into stock
- Update the Opera system with new products and pricing
- Update pricelists with new products
**Export /Import Processing**
- Dealing with export/import processing including import duty/ tariffs documentation and long term supplier’s declaration form.**Accounts**
- Inform the accountant of any new customers, so that he can check for credit insurance, and set up the account on the Opera System.
**Monthly Report**
- To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiries, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the Commercial Manager.
- Reports in quantity & monetary value to be supplied at the end of the month.
**Customer Feedback (Liaise with the Quality Manager)**
- Reacting to customer feedback to maintain the company’s policy to ensure customer satisfaction & continual improvement.
- Liaising with the relevant staff members to report any complaints or issues with products.
**Key Skills**
Highly effective communication skills, confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail - Strong Data Inputting Skills.
- Ability to meet tight customer delivery schedules.
- Team player - liaising with other departments e.g. marketing, purchasing, quality and sales.
- Flexibility - be flexible with other duties to suit business demands, e.g. to provide temporary cover for other duties during holidays etc.
- Full UK Driving Licence (due to location of our offices).
