**Early Years Classroom Assistant - Richmond**

**Are you looking for a Early Years Classroom Assistant position to support children? Have you had previous experience as a Early Years Classroom Assistant?**

You will need previous experience within a school setting as a Early Years Classroom Assistant and must have a general understanding of what is required of you as a Early Years Classroom Assistant.

**The Role**:

- Early Years Classroom Assistant working with children to support their learning and development
- Preparing the classroom for lessons and tidying it up afterwards
- Motivating and encouraging students to achieve their true potential
- Support the teachers in different classes with preparing lessons and resources
- Work across different classes potentially depending on what the school requires throughout the course of the school day

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 8:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
- You ideally must have previous experience as a Primary School Classroom Assistant or at the minimum have recent experience with children in some capacity
- Available full time for ideally long term contracts.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
