This Global Energy Software Company have an energy softwareplatform that global energy companies and TSOs use to model their Gas markets and assets. The Lead Energy Analyst, working as part of the Solutions Analyst team will work with energy authorities, and utilities companies to be smarter, more efficient, and asa result, more profitable through modelling Gas markets. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Lead Energy Analyst with a strong interest in the energy markets to make a real impact and join a global company.

**About The Gas Market Analyst Role**

As a Lead Energy Analyst with a focus in Gas you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a highly established energy business at the forefront of the technology landscape for gas markets. You are passionate about the energy and gasindustry, ideally with some experience of working with modelling tools or energy models previously or working in teams around Gas Planning and forecasting

**Key Responsibilities for the Senior or Lead Gas Analyst**:
Help clients and internal teams calibrate and improve the energy data quality and modelling methodologies used in the leading energy software platform

Manage client projects from scope and discovery through to implementation and beyond

**Essential Skills and Competencies of the Senior Energy Analyst**:

- **Do you have an understanding of gas market fundamentals?**_
- **Have you modelled European gas market fundamentals?**_
- **Have you produced forecasts for gas market prices?**_
