Our client is a women’s clothing brand that was founded in 2009 and based in Loughton. They have built a strong community feel with their customers, and their fantastic customer service is something they are extremely proud of. Due to looking to expand ontheir growing, creative team, they are now looking for a Digital Account Manager.

**Digital Account Manager**

**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:

- Create and manage a schedule of digital initiatives to support and assist NFD in its on-going growth
- Continually look for opportunities to improve business efficiencies and sales
- Be the main NFD contact for all digital suppliers
- Ensure the smooth running of NFD Shopify websites and the brand App
- Responsibility for escalating website technical and app issues
- Optimisation of site content for favourable organic search engine listings
- Supporting the broader NFD business with digital business-related issues
- You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our current agencies, addressing our technical needs as well as finding new opportunities for the company
- Ensuring website and App are running smoothly and meet revenue targets
- Using your broad experience and knowledge, you will also make valuable contributions to commercial, marketing and development planning
- You will be efficient in implementing coding and be able to fix any technical issues that arise
- Improve the on-site customer experience and website performance
- Help grow website sales
- Improve website conversion
- Improve on-site SEO

**Person Specification**:

- You must be able to demonstrate more than 3 years hands-on E Commerce experience
- Shopify experience is a must, you should have significant experience managing Shopify website(s) for a commercial business
- Must have knowledge of the Shopify plus platform & Shopify apps
- Must have knowledge of SEO
- Must have knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Must have experience in creating and maintaining technical support tickets, through platforms like JIRA
- Must have experience in the day-to-day maintenance of a fast-paced retail website
- Must have good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Must have good knowledge of Hotjar
- Must have good knowledge of Google Optimise
- Must have good knowledge of MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
