**What you’ll be doing as a Maintenance Assistant**:

- Performing routine building maintenance, such as painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, and carpentry
- Complying with all health & safety regulations
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring that all facilities are in good operating condition
- Coordinating with site management on priorities and urgent needs
- Using maintenance equipment, tools, and supplies safely and efficiently
