Bourne Estate Agents are looking for a new team member to join their busy lettings department.

The role would suit an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is looking for their next move into a more Senior Role, however, we are also happy to consider Lettings Consultants with some industry experience who are looking for a new opportunity in a busy team.

The role involves marketing of lettings stock, working closely with our Landlords, Tenants and Contractors, booking and carrying out viewings, helping to generate new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service.

We can provide full training and development opportunities along with very realistic career progression for the right individual. If you have proven customer service skills, enjoy being a team player and have a passion for the lettings industry we would love to hear from you.

Salary package includes basic, car allowance, strong commission structure and Workplace pension scheme. Hours of work are 8.45am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri and 1 in 3 Saturday's 10am - 4pm with time off in lieu.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
