Account Administration Role at Global Group

Who are you:
A hard-working motivated team player with an interest in accounts, ability to accurately, quickly and effectively carry out administrative tasks.

You have experience in finance departments/payroll and Quickbooks that would be a huge help

You do not need any administrative experience (it is a HUGE plus) but you do need a motivation and a desire to get into the work and to really help us and our valued customers.

Role responsibilities:

- Invoice processing on Quickbooks
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control
- Cash book maintenance
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Banks reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Basic administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation Benefits:
Salary between £27,000-£35,000 (pro rata for part time)
Offices in Luton, Bedfordshire
To start: 4 days a week Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm
To progress into: 5 days a week in the office - 9-5 Monday-Thursday, 9-12 Friday 28 days leave including Jewish and Public holidays
