Evolito was spun out of YASA Limited to exclusively industrialise the next-generation electric motor technology and IP for the rapidly-growing aerospace market.
By accelerating the adoption of electric propulsion, we will help revolutionise personal mobility and transform our towns and cities with clean, noise-free electric air transportation.
As part of our initial growth phase, we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to take responsibility for Evolito’s entire purchase ledger, employee expenses and credit cards.
- Key responsibilities will include_:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Assisting with supplier and employee queries
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Managing payment runs for suppliers and employee expenses
- Processing employee expenses and credit cards
- Helping to improve our evolving processes
- Proactively seeking opportunities to deliver improvements.
- Skills and experience required:_
- Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Purchase Ledger
- Good basic knowledge of VAT
- Good IT skills including Excel, Power Point and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised with good business acumen
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work effectively with teams
- Good understanding of need for diplomacy and confidentiality
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines
- A flexible approach to work.
