We will help to revolutionise personal mobility and transform our towns and cities with clean, noise-free air transportation.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation.As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist the Transactional Services Partner by taking full responsibility for processing purchase ledger transactions and maintaining purchase ledger records.Key responsibilities will include:Processing supplier invoicesAssisting with supplier and employee queriesReconciling supplier statementsPreparing weekly payment runsProcessing employee expensesHelping to improve our evolving processesProactively seeking opportunities to deliver improvements.Skills and experience required:Previous proven experience as a Purchase Ledger ClerkGood basic knowledge of VATGood IT skills including Excel, and ideally experience with SAP Business OneStrong attention to detailExtremely organised with a good business acumenA 'self-starter' attitude with energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a small business environmentComfortable working in a team and equally adept at working with finance and non finance colleaguesAbility to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA flexible approach to work.Are you Evolito? xpwpeyx Apply now for immediate consideration.
