**Graduate Business Management Trainee - Manchester - Immediate Start**

**Full Time | On-site role**

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic Graduate Management Trainee to join their team in Manchester. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn, have a competitive spirit and a team player.

**Responsibilities of the Management Trainee**:

- Executing assigned tasks and actively contributing to daily business operations.
- Engaging in meetings, workshops, and various developmental opportunities.
- Observing and learning from seasoned team members to enhance skill sets.
- Acquiring familiarity with company policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Documenting processes meticulously and collaborating with Managers, Supervisors, and senior staff.
- Supporting sales staff in achieving targets and meeting objectives outlined at the onset of the traineeship.

**Requirements for the Management Trainee**:

- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong leadership capabilities.
- A positive demeanor and a keen willingness to expand knowledge.
- A strong work ethic and adept time management abilities.
