What You'll Do

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll rotate through key areas of the business—learning by doing and developing leadership skills every step of the way. From day one, you'll be immersed in:

- **Sales and client acquisition** through direct marketing campaigns
- **Customer experience management**, ensuring satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty
- **Team leadership and training** as you progress through the programme
- **Strategic campaign planning and territory analysis**:

- **Performance tracking and reporting** to optimise results

What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Full eligibility to work in the UK
- Available to work full-time from our Manchester office

**No prior experience in marketing and sales required**—we provide full training.

Pay: From £27,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
