**Live-in Care Assistant - Flexible Work Pattern**

Are you an experienced carer looking for variety in your work and the chance to make a real difference? **Right at Home Medway**, an **award-winning**, locally owned homecare provider, is looking for a **flexible Live-in Care Assistant** to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is not your typical live-in role - we’re looking for someone happy to **fit in where needed**, with the flexibility to provide:

- **Live-in care support**:

- **Occasional overnight stays**:

- **Domiciliary (visiting) care** in the local area

A **driver is preferred**, and we’re happy to discuss flexible working patterns that suit both you and our clients.

**What You'll Do**

Each placement varies based on client needs, but your role may include:

- Morning and bedtime routines
- Personal care (light to moderate assistance)
- Medication support
- Companionship (hobbies, outings, appointments, shopping)
- Dementia care
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Providing care in both live-in and visiting capacities

Rotas are based on client needs and your availability - examples include one week on/one week off, or longer placements with breaks in between.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Live-in care experience is preferred**, but not essential
- Ability to **adapt** to various care settings (live-in, overnight, domiciliary)
- Mature, caring nature with a flexible attitude
- **Full legal right to work in the UK** (we cannot offer sponsorship)
- Confidence in the kitchen - you'll be cooking meals regularly
- **Updated DBS** (or willingness to complete one)
- **A driver is preferred**, but not a deal-breaker

Mainly within the **Medway Towns**, but we offer work in surrounding areas and can redeploy you to other branches if needed.
