**Salary**: £30,000 per annum, pro rata to £24,000 per annum**Contract**: Permanent**Hours**: Part time 28.8 hours per week over four or five days, all year round**Required from**: August 2025Post invoices transactions, set up new suppliers and deal with supplier and payment queries.
- BACS run weekly and ad hoc Bankline payments
- Bank deposits and monthly bank statement reconciliation
- Other cash equivalent management and monthly reconciliation
- ParentPay
- set up and manage payment items on ParentPay
- Trips - financial support to include trip finances check, help staff with invoice payment deadlines, reconciliation of trip expenses and maintain trip spend spreadsheet
- Compleat - train and support staff using Compleat for school purchase orders
- Other general finance duties e.g. dealing with finance post and inbox, check supplier statements, maintain finance filing, helping parents with queries
You will report to our Senior Finance Manager.**About You**
You will possess excellent time management, organisation and administrative skills, and will be able to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively with the needs of the school. We are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, who can relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.The ability to work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines is key. Experience of working in Finance departments in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.**Why join Brighton Girls?**
