**Key Responsibilities**:
You will provide efficient, courteous and professional service at all times, undertaking new or refresher training sessions as required.

You will assist in the delivery of all aspects of the food and beverage service to our guests, in all areas of the hotel & spa.

You will handle any complaints from guests, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure that the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
