**Role Specification**:

- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service to guests across all hotel and spa areas, mainly based in our awarding winning Ballroom.
- Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
- To be able to run a section in Ballroom and any other restaurant across the business at any given dining time, including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch and Dinner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables
- Set up for any event or function in line with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all setup procedures are followed accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all closedown and setup procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation.
- Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
- Maintain compliance with applicable health and safety standards, dress code, and other serving standards.
- Undertake new or refresher training sessions as required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for food, service, and guest experience.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Desirables_
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is an advantage but not required.
- Experience with large volume covers.
- Food Safety Training.

**Shift Pattern**:

- Breakfast shift pattern: Flexible hours with the earliest starting at 6am and the latest finishing at 6pm.
- Part-time, and Full-time opportunities available.
- 5 days a week including weekends.
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
