We have an opportunity for a confident, articulate person to join our WorkwithYork recruitment team working on a hybrid basis including from our new office in historic Castlegate, York.

- Have great accuracy and attention to detail
- Can work as part of a team but show initiative and innovation
- Have research skills and are able to interrogate systems efficiently
- Live with easy commuting distance of central York
- Ideally have some knowledge of Social Work (not essential)

Then you could be the person we are looking for join our team.

It’s a job that can bring great satisfaction but it needs resilience and the ability to work hard.

You will work with our wider team of experienced consultants and managers to develop systems and compliance knowledge, and then research and interview skills.

We will support you to achieve industry standard qualifications, so that you are able to build the attributes of a successful consultant with your own specialist customer base focussed initially on Social Work.

The role offers:

- A basic salary of £22k
- Eligibility for quarterly commission and annual profit related pay
