What You’ll Be Doing
To uncover hard-to-find talent and give our clients a competitive edge, you'll be trained in the art and science of talent intelligence, think investigative journalism meets recruitment. You'll learn how to:

* Partner closely with senior consultants to identify and engage top-tier healthcare professionals.

* Use LinkedIn and other specialised tools to conduct strategic talent mapping and market intelligence gathering.

* Build meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, grounded in trust, insight, and value.

* Manage multiple search projects in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

* Develop your own portfolio of successful placements and long-term client partnerships.

Location Requirement
