Vehicle Refurbishment Administrator

Due to continued growth at Greenhous Fleet High Ercall, a vacancy has arisen for a Vehicle Refurbishment Administrator. Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate workflow for Smart Repairers
- Work to tight schedules for deliveries, as required
- Update customer portals
- Liaise with PDI teams to ensure parts are ordered and invoiced correctly
- Build and maintain relationships with parts suppliers
**Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements**
- Strong IT skills e.g. a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use the Fleet bespoke IT system
- Knowledge of parts sufficient to fulfil the administrative requirements of the role
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid), i.e. 42.5 hours per week.
