The Red Hall Hotel is a unique venue and hotel offering 37 beautifully furnished bedrooms.

Your primary role is to supervise, train and work alongside the housekeeper team to ensure all hotel rooms and public areas are sparklingly clean and in tip-top condition. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be required in order to liaise with the general manager and heads of department, attending regular meetings.

**Key responsibilities**:
Staff Management

Checking all the bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the Hotel’s high Standard

Dealing with suppliers of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies, such as soap, shampoo, etc.

Controlling supply, laundry, maintenance, and wages costs

Scheduling staff rotas and holidays

Ensuring lost property is kept safely and returned to its owner

To ensure that rooms are checked regularly for repairs and refurbishing, and that appropriate maintenance is affected.

**Skills Needed**:
Ability to nurture a good working relationship with other departments, such as reception and maintenance

Impeccable time management

Attention to detail is Imperative to ensure high standards are maintained and well serviced and that all equipment is stored safely

Knowledge of Health and safety for ongoing staff training to include use of hazardous cleaning materials

Know fire safety protocol in case of emergency

5 Days a week part time
- variable hours

You will need to have at least 2 years of experience and demonstrate a great working ethincs

2 professional references are a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
