Summary

We are seeking a Head Housekeeper to join our dedicated team at The Partnership In Care Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring the operations run smoothly while supporting our mission to provide personalized care to our residents. The position is based in Risby, Suffolk.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the members of the housekeeping team in line with the Recruitment Policy and Procedure
  • Plan and delegate housekeeping duties as required to ensure that all required tasks are carried out regularly
  • Take an active part in the cleaning of all allocated rooms including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets and equipment in residents' rooms, sanitary areas, communal areas and offices, participate in regular deep cleaning programmes
  • Perform other such reasonable duties as may be required and respond within appropriate time scales to particular housekeeping issues when notified

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
